Sharon & Rob, We wanted you to what a good experience we had today at your Houghton Lake store. We needed to purchase a new toilet and the young man that helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a very good experience, I’m sure I’ll be back for additional bathroom purchases shortly.
Kirk at Cash-Away Supply is top notch. I came from down state, purchased a part for my furnace just before closing time (not sure exactly what the problem was ). He made a few suggestions to look into to find the problem... It turned out that the part wasn't the issue. Knowing I was from down state, Kirk went out of his way, provided his personal cell number and arranged time that I could return the part after hours. Stand up guy and very knowledgeable. Thank you Kirk!
A friend recommended that I go to Cashaway and I am happy that he did.
Employees spent the time needed to track down the part number I needed for an inducer blower for an older furnace, and then managed to find a source and get it for me the very next day.
I also had a part to return that I didn't need and again was pleased with the service.
