Justin and his crew are first class professionals. They did a 24x102 driveway for me with sidewalks, turn arounds and radial corners. Then raked and back-filled all edges with good fill dirt ready to reseed.I couldn't be happier with his workmanship. My neighbor also observed his workmanship and had his driveway done with J. Wycoff also.The cost was also reasonable. Quality all the way, start to finish! You won't be disappointed!

Hired Apex to do the insulation in our addition and skiting. Jacob was very professional and worked with us to get it done when needed. He had to come out at 2 different stages of the remodel and both times worked us in cause he knew it was something that needed to get done right away. He actually charged me less because he didn't end up having to insulate an area that we thought he would. I would highly recommend Apex for insulation because he is very honest.

He designed my dental practice, which is a very intricate and detailed task.He was timely, considerate, highly detail oriented, and made absolutely sure to get everything right. I’d say he even went above and beyond by communicating with my local city government and making sure I understood everything I needed to understand in order to get the proper approvals. He communicated with the dental specific companies as well to make sure all the fine details were right.I’d absolutely recommend Dan to everyone.

There is nobody superior to Better Yards! Better Yards has completed two large jobs for us on our new build home. The owner, Joe, is brilliant at what he does. Joe is able to come up with beautiful design ideas that fit our budget. Not only are his landscaping designs absolutely beautiful and affordable, but he was able to design the landscaping to protect the structural integrity of our home. Now all of the water is setup to drain away from our home!
Better Yards has beautified our property with irrigation, hydro seed, landscaping, and hard scraping. What an absolute beauty of a day. The front nine plays like a serious tournament style course, while the back brings some of that northern-forest charm. The new owners have done a fantastic job cleaning this place up. There's still some work to do (sands a bit chunky, fringe was chewed up in spots) but the greens are tight and fast, the fairways are smooth, and the rough was consistent. I'll play this all damn day for $40/walking. Kudos to the team too. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and accomodating. You can tell they're looking to make something special with this place. The lawn chair facing the driving range gives you a nice view of Houghton Lake too. Perfect place to relax with a bevy after a serene round.
Had Mike and his crew build a 1600 foot modular home for me last year. Cleared all the trees poured the foundation and did an excellent job. Linda was always responsive and fair with prices . She never asked for any partial draw until that part of the work was completed . I would highly recommend this company . Great to work with and went beyond my expectations. Going to use them again next year for an investment property.
