“I typically get a yearly pedicure at Steven L Marvin. I haven't been in a couple years. I will be back. The pedicure, for me, is an experience. Even though it's an appointment for my feet, I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and special.
The staff are professional, patient, and accommodating.

“Helle saved my entire day! I cannot recommend this place enough. I had my hair botched by a salon and I called 10+ salons in the area to save it for the wedding I’m in today. “Okay, so Dr. Poletti has a tendency to run late, I can deal with that. He's worth waiting for -- Dr. Poletti adjusts you while seated and after only one or two adjustments, my neck had an incredible range of motion I can't ever remember having before! Wow! I'm in my 40s, so it was quite a surprise to realize I'd been walking around compensating for my limited range of neck motion for years. Unfortunately, I moved out of state and recently injured my neck after simply turning my head and BAM! the limited range of motion is back as is the pain while looking over my shoulder to switch lanes in traffic. It took me a while to realize that this injury had a frequent occurance for years before I met Dr. Poletti. It is hard to remember pain you had but don't have anymore. I've been without neck pain for over a year thanks to Dr. Poletti, I miss his adjustments tremendously and would be back in his adjustment chair in a hot second if I still lived in Michigan.“

“UPDATE: the owner contacted me and made this right. They gave me a complimentary massage and she was fantastic. It feels like today most company’s apologize and say too bad so sad. It was really refreshing and appreciated that they offered the mak it right.

I am very disappointed in the service I received today. When I walked in for my 10am appointment , I was told the massage therapist was not in but would be arriving in a few minutes. It was that moment I knew I was going to be stood up due to it being past my appointment time but I waited . While I understand life happens, I was assured she was spoken to that morning and was aware of our appointment. Then, they called her right in front of me and told me that she , didn’t know about the appointment. I was offered to wait an hour for her to come in to serve me. I told them no thank you and told them not to charge me and left. I will not be returning to this place again. They wasted my time and my gas to get there.“

“The water was clean, atmosphere was there for an afternoon soak. Could definitely use an upgrade, but if the money is being spent to keep the water as clean as it was, then I'm not complaining. Will definitely come back.“
