I’m not one to see a dr unless I absolutely have to. Well needless to say I was long over due and made an appointment. The staff is absolutely amazing. Olivia Cusumano is wonderful. She took the time and listened to all of my concerns. Actually looking forward to making sure I remain healthy.
I’ve had 3-4 visits with Rachel at the Holt location. She’s personable, answers questions I have for her and is on top of getting med refills called in. She’s also open to looking into other ways of treating things and actually listens to how you feel. It does take a bit to get into her since she’s the only NP at this location for primary care, but she’s worth the wait!
Been going here for years. Some of the negative reviews are from years ago. Rachel, the NP that’s now there, is awesome. She’s friendly and is always willing to spend time with me discussing any medical concerns I have. I hope she never leaves!
