Jason from Feldpausch Cleaning Services cleaned two rooms of carpet and my couch today, and I'm very pleased. I was really amazed at how terrific the much abused 'wreck' room carpet turned out! It was very stained and looks great now. We will definitely use them again.
The owner was responsive and helped my daughter with an emergency situation from pet illness. His crew was there within 90 minutes and was able to help with stains on furniture and carpets. Very reasonable prices and showed concern and willingness to help. Will definitely be using again.
The owner went above and beyond to create a meaningful service plan to clean my couch, and even gave a refund when my job took less time than expected.
I would return here for future cleaning needs.
