I find $59.40 for 2 pairs of trousers, 1 long sleeve shirt said they dry cleaned it is why it was $14.99; wondering why it couldn’t have been laundered, I didn’t see a tag that said to dry clean only, and a sport jacket a little hard to swallow. Your clerk stated there were coupons on line I could have went, (never have been offered that information in the past), and that I should do that next time…doing this may or may not help given the coupons change.Service: Dry cleaning

My experience with Baryames has been very good thus far. The employee who greeted me was friendly and helpful. Although the company was unable to clean my faux fur pillow, they were able to help me with the other item. The next day after dropping my item off, I received a welcome email, which also asked me to verify that my contact information was correct. I noticed two errors, so I replied to the email.My only gripe in the situation is that my email reply was returned as undeliverable, and there was no other email provided to which customers could reach out. Terrific service at the Holt location!! Can't recall the lady's name (Karen, I think??), but she was SUPER nice!! Had my overcoat back next day looking awesome!! Excellent price for the service too. I won't hesitate to use this Baryames location in the future!!
