“We have been struggling to find a family dental practice for awhile now after our dentist of almost 20 years retired. We have been to a few that we're not a good fit. But I could tell from my daughters first appt that we have finally found a practice we can stay with. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the comfort of the waiting room and the efficiency and level of care my daughter received. She had some anxiety from a bad experience at a previous dentist and was immediately put at ease here. She left with a smile on her face. I was back last week with my other daughter and again same scenario. I was impressed with the entire office and experience. The hygienist was wonderful with my daughter and I really liked Dr Brad and the amount of time he took answering questions we had especially since it was a little more of orthodontics questions than dental since my daughter was switched from braces to Invisalign recently. However he was happy to answer any questions because he said his main concern was my daughter having the best smile possible. That says a lot to me when a dr will take extra time and not make you feel rushed or like you are bothering them. It was important to me to find a practice that is family run and so I am very happy to find that with Drs Burau! I would recommend Drs Burau to anyone I know looking for a great dental experience. I cannot imagine them being disappointed. I feel we have FINALLY found our family practice that we can be with for many years to come!!“

“Our family of 5 was with Rachor dental for several years. We have been happy with the care we received from the hygienists and Dr Rachor. Never had work done or recommended that as unnecessary and staff always took the time to talk and explain procedures and options. The only reason we have left the practice is we moved out of state. “We came to this dental office for 2 reasons emergency wisdom teeth extraction and desperation! My significant other has a very complex cardiac procedure coming up for a congenital heart defect. In the beginning of January he seen his dentist and received cardiac clearance for heart surgery he also got a referral for wisdom teeth removal. Mid February UofM calls and he needs his wisdom teeth removed. If he would like to keep his appointment the dental procedure would need to be completed in 6 days due to not being able to have any dental surgery 2 weeks prior to cardiac surgery... I'm desperately calling every dentist from Saginaw to Detroit even after explaining the urgency not office I was able to schedule with that wasn't 60-120 days out. I came across Smile Fresh they completely accommodated his needs in the short amount of time but it had to be one of the most positive dental experiences we've ever had! From the receptionist to the end I have nothing but good feelings for them all. They cared about his needs and insured me they will do all that can be done to resolve any issues. We left knowing our family will be returning for all our dental needs.“
