Tom is one of the most professional computer builders that I'd ever met. His cable management and clean looking builds are superb, letting you know you that you purchased something quality. He will tell you in advance the best recommendations based on his professional career on what to use and to get the most value out of every component. I had a little laugh out of that other guys low ratings. I know first hand because I actually bought the build that Austin G. had bought and he overclocked and broke his machine on his own. Not only did he fry his GPU, he also cooked his Ram lol. He claimed Tom had overclocked his "fans" which is just silly because you can adjust fans, not overclock them. Overall, I'm a builder myself and my personal PC is one that Bits N Gigs has built and I couldn't be more happy with the price and performance I've gotten out of this computer! This area is super lucky to have a guy like this fighting people that want to charge MSRP on old and outdated components and give you an absolute beautiful build that will be valuable in the years to come.
