While they couldn't do the work in the time I needed it done, they kindly recommended someone (competition, I would assume) who could. I so appreciate that kindness in today's world!!
My hot water heater blew out the day before Thanksgiving. My warranty company gave me the run around and never got around to fixing it . I called Chad on a Wednesday evening and by Thursday afternoon he had a new one installed and running. It took him 3 hours to do what my warranty company couldn't do in 2 weeks. THANKS CHAD AND CREW YOU ARE AWESOME AND VERY RESPECTFULL !!!!
