Dr. Michael was very efficient and explained things thoroughly in a way i could understand. Marco was very patient with my time selecting the right pair. He explained the pricing very well. I recommend these people for glasses and exams.

I had my first visit at this location today as a new patient. My experience was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The doctor paused to make sure I understood what he was saying, and took the time to ask if I had questions about anything. Thorough as any eye exam I've had before, if not moreso.
Rose assisted me with the administrative processes. She was bubbly and kind. They are lucky to have her. I like this place and the people overall. The eye doctors are great and professional. Good atmosphere too.BUT you have to watch out for a scam they pull here (to be fair many eye shops do this)—Before the actual covered exam, they take you back for a “pre-screening”, chiefly a retinal scan, which is not covered by many insurances. They don’t bother to tell you this or to ask for your consent to get this add-on, they just do it. And before you know it, you’ve just been given an a la carte service which will cost you about $40 out of pocket. It’s when you’re checking out that they inform you, and you’re like, “wait, what?”
