Although what caused our call was not a pleasant reality, dealing with Devon was very pleasant. What a professional and socially adept young man! I was very impressed with the quickness with which he responded to my call and with the good work that he did. We hope that what he did will solve our drain problem. I would highly recommend Devon and your company to others who have drain issues.
My dishwasher had leaked onto the kitchen floor overnight. Upon discovering it, I immediately called Rapid Plumbing. They responded within a couple of hours and the technician (Greg) was professional and very neat (even took his shoes off before entering my home). The problem was diagnosed, fixed and he was done in less than 30 minutes.
I would highly recommend them!
Devin was literally the best, even though he forgot to turn my hot water back on, no big deal. He worked with me. He went the extra mile to help me with a part of the project I'm completing myself. They provide a 60 day warranty on their repairs. Overall, very happy with the service. I would use them again and ask for Devin.
