I don't believe in regarding anyone's review as Gospell, I prefer to find out my self. Especially when I see poor spelling and grammar and vague descriptions of the reason for leaving the bad review in the first place (usually these are disgruntled past employees). Most people who have a good to great experience don't take the time to leave a review. So I'm going to! That being said, I just booked my appointment and out of curiosity I went to the reviews for PetSmart Holland and found more bad than good. So happy to have a brand new store in Holland. It's pretty darn big, big enough that they carry some of the natural dog/cat foods. Nice and clean for my crazy mold allergies too!
