They are patient, kind, and go out of their way to make my pup's experience as stress-free as possible. I always know he's in good, gentle hands and he gets a great grooming!!“

“I have had an AMAZING experience with my three dogs here. We moved here from Kalamazoo last year, and I have visited this clinic many of times due to various health concerns with my dogs. I had been to a couple vets previously in Kalamazoo, they all didn’t seem to take my concerns very seriously, didn’t have room for months out, and cost so much. Yes, I have spent a lot of money at this clinic, as expected for three dogs. But it’s more affordable, and has far better care than all previous vets I’ve been to. They also have available appointments for pets far quicker than any other vet I’ve been to! They don’t just take care of their pet clients, but also human clients too. Also, the front desk staff is awesome!

“I don't believe in regarding anyone's review as Gospell, I prefer to find out my self. Especially when I see poor spelling and grammar and vague descriptions of the reason for leaving the bad review in the first place (usually these are disgruntled past employees). Most people who have a good to great experience don't take the time to leave a review. So I'm going to! That being said, I just booked my appointment and out of curiosity I went to the reviews for PetSmart Holland and found more bad than good. Well, I've had nothing but friendly, professional service with excellent quality services provided for my Mabel Jean. The prices are on the website and/or told up front so if it's not in your budget, move along. Don't post negative reviews to hurt the business because you can't afford it but did it anyway. I always feel inclined to tip generously as well because Mabel always seems happy to be there and has a pretty handkerchief on when she's picked up...above and beyond! If any employees are reading this, I think you're awesome and I am excited to see (& sniff) my Mabel after her appointment.“
