Persona Salon and Spa offers a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The salon is comfortable, clean, and inviting. Clients appreciate the salon's accommodating nature and the results they receive, such as great hair color and cut, and excellent grey coverage. The spa services are highly praised, with many customers highlighting the professionalism and skill of Jen, especially for waxing and facials. The environment is cozy and calming. Jessica does a great job customizing color and executed what a client wanted, and also did a great job on nails. Jessica does a perfect balayage on hair every time, so efficient and professional. The environment was great and felt like more than just another client. A facial was great, very relaxing and well done with glowing skin after.

Pedicure on the other hand was just ok. Scrub and massage only went half way uo the calces despite wearing shorts. Cuticles were not cleaned up or pushed back. Pedicure polish application was... not great to put it lightly. The girl who did the polish application spent 30 min cleaning it up for it to still look uneven and ragged along the edges.
Sometimes salons can feel overwhelming but Persona is very welcoming and the environment was great! It felt like I was more than just another client in a chair. Jessica took the time to understand what I like/don't like and did a great job customizing color to execute what I wanted. She has also done my nails and did a great job! 100% will be back!
I had Jessica do a balayage on my hair for summer, and it looks amazing!! She does a perfect job every time, so efficient and professional with her work! She did an incredible job and I’m so very happy with my hair
