I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this doctor’s office due to serious communication issues. I was prescribed the wrong medication for an infection that had the potential to become life-threatening. When the error was corrected, the office called in the wrong prescription again and failed to call in the medication I actually needed. This level of oversight is unacceptable, especially when dealing with urgent medical concerns. I expected much better care and attention to detail.
Doctor Berent is the best. He has literally saved my life by prescribing a colonoscopy that showed early onset cancer. He is kind and has an excellent bedside manner. It is obvious that he cares about his patients. Thanks to Dr Berent I am living a fulfilled and happy life.
Dr. Johnson has been my PCP for many years; I'm grateful for her ability to listen carefully, respond to my concerns and questions, and be pro-active about my health. I have never had a problem with LFM staff, either.
