My first visit to Ideal Bodyworks Massage, Christina was kind and professional upon my arrival and throughout my appointment. She asked about the specifics of my concerns and reason for my visit. She worked on the areas of concern & offered valuable information about stretches and other suggestions to try at home between appointments. She was forthright in her professional knowledge with goals and ideas to move forward with in my ongoing plan for pain management and healthy maintenance.
