Great Lakes put in a new sink for us last year and did a great job. However after about 6 months the sink finish started to discolor etc. The owner and Misty took care of it promptly and replaced our sink. Great to have businesses that are honest and stand behind their products!
Had my hot water heater quit and called at 7:00AM and had it repaired by 8:15AM same day. Now that is what I call service, I would highly recommend them
The plumber that came to fix our water heater was very rude to my mother. very disrespectful how he talked to her. He went into the cottage without asking to come in. My mom found him in a bedroom wandering around. when she asked him what he was looking for he said an outlet, even though we have one outside in the balcony. Alex. was the plumber and he continued to be rude by saying do you want your water heater fixed or mosquitos bc he continued to use the outlet in the bedroom instead of the porch even though my mother gave him several extension cords and they were long enough. when I mentioned this to Alex. He responded with a condescending attitude and said, "we could just leave" instead of apologizing for his attitude and Tone with her. I do not recommend these Plumbers.
