They kept me informed as to the progress on the car and how much it would cost and worked within my budget. I will have to ask my son how his car is working, and if anything, I will post. On their customer service, I give an A.

A week ago, my check engine light went on and had troubles starting my car after pumping gas. I went to check if GoAuto is able to help me identify what caused my check engine light to go on. I was able to talk to John and discussed what car problems i have. He mentioned a couple of potential issues and suggests to set an appointment to have the car diagnosed and they will give me a call back. I set an appointment, left my car, got a call back, was informed of the problem and solution on the fix,, estimate was provided on the call, gave them the green light to work on it, went back to pick up my car.
