“Erin is incredibly accommodating and careful with her work. She truly cares about her customers, and has their best interest at heart. I am new to town, and came to her after having lost large amounts of hair because of COVID. She stayed after the salon normally closes to give me a hair cut so that I’d feel comfortable in a private setting, and cut and styled my hair in a way that made me comfortable enough to look myself in the mirror for the first time in weeks. Erin taught me which products to use to style it the same way at home, and she taught me what I can do to promote healthy growth from here on out. “I had to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time which was fine, but I felt really awkward. I was simply told to have a seat when i walked in and was left sitting there for 20 minutes. I would have appreciated if someone had just quickly said they were running behind schedule. The haircut itself was also ok. Emily did it and she was pretty friendly but did not really do what I asked from the picture I showed her. It still turned out cute though, so I don't mind as much. I think it was very reasonably priced at $25 so I would probably be back just because of that.“
