I am not an easy patient to deal with. I am older, and sick of being treated like cattle, as is the way with most healthcare now. So after dealing with another location for imaging, it reminded me to come write this review. I was NOT a fan of the covid fear mongering during the pandemic, and a few of the people at this office talked me off the ledge. They were patient (no pun intended) with my old guy antagonism. And even though I can tell some of them did not like my approach, they were still kind. So thank you North Valley for remembering that we are all different, and doing your best to work with the different personalities that you encounter. So this is my location...read full review
The staff here was really friendly and positive. Ryan Johnston explained everything to me and seemed very knowledgeable with the information he was providing. I came here on a positive recommendation from my dad and step mom. My last doctor's office treated me less than human. They shamed me for not having health insurance, kept rescheduling me, and my doctor told me to starve myself for 3 week. Here, I was treated with nothing but kindness. My first experience here was really good!
