“Amazing experience!! I came into Windsor for a few days and was in need of some waxing. I stumbled across Beautiful Images online and took a chance to get an appointment. The first thing that blew me away was that Anna was super accommodating, squeezing me in. The actual waxing was awesome. I have very sensitive skin but had absolutely no problem or reaction and she was super thorough & confident. I enjoyed my experience at the spa so much that I asked to get a Mani & Pedi in which Anna fit me in the next day. Again, a wonderful quality experience. “My daughter booked an appointment for her prom on a Thursday not realizing Ryan was off that day. She was automatically put on a waitlist. The morning of her prom she came up to me and said mom I never got a confirmation. I panicked called and emailed. Ryan ended up returning my call. I think he panicked a little as well then took care of the situation. He quickly turned to the next solution which was recommending a different salon. Then he remembered his assistant Zee lived close by and she might be able to come over. She ended up calling me and we scheduled an appointment later that afternoon. Zee was amazingly helpful, she took care of my daughter not leaving one strand out place. She took breaks when needed and took her time to ensure everything was manageable.My husband will never get a wax again because he hates the pain, but said that if he had to he would 100% go to Toni. I have short hair that has a mind of its own. Ashley is the only stylist who has been able to tame it and she does it with expertise and love.
