I called Bryner Electric this morning, left a detailed message regarding my challenge and received a call from the owner, Frank Arnold, within 30 minutes. He indicated they were booked solid for the next 30 days due to their backlog from COVID 19.He told me my challenge was a simple fix, asked me if I felt comfortable attempting to do the work(I was)and walked me through how to resolve the problem. I texted him with a follow up clarification question and he called me back within 10 minutes! He actually stayed on the phone and walked me through how to resolve my problem. I asked him to send me a bill for all of the help he provided me and he refused!I would highly recommend Bryner Electric if you require an electrician!
