I had a sewage backup in my basement this morning. I did a search and found Motor City. When I spoke with the gentleman named John, he was professional and most important of all, courteous. The tech that was sent was on time and did a great job of cleaning all the nasty back up. Would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for the prompt service John.Service: Sewage cleanup

March 10, 2021John, of Motor City Steam Team, came to my home to assess an issue that I was led to believe by another business contractor was dire, dangerous, and that I had to take immediate action to remedy it; and it would cost between $12, 000.00-$15, 000.00.. This all came as a complete surprise and shock to me. I scheduled an appointment with John so his company could also assess the "possible issue". I am a Realtor and I had Motor City Steam Team out to a property to provide my client with a quote on some mold remediation to determine whether or not my client should move forward. John (owner) came out to the property and took his time walking around the entire property discussing what repairs would need to be made in order to clean up and eliminate the property's mold problem. Needless to say the issues were plentiful, and John didn't mince words when discussing the scope of the project which was appreciated.
