“I had such a great experience I went May 29th the day of my birthday and it was beautiful after they finished with my hair (that they did such a wonderful job with) everybody just starts singing happy birthday and it took everything in me to keep the tears from falling from my eyes one of the best moments in my life wish I would've recorded it... “When I started going to Red’s I had thought my brows were sparse naturally and, aside from paying to have micro blading done, they would remain that way. Fast forward less than a year later and my brows are substantially fuller, shaped beautifully, and haven’t looked this good in years!

I had been having my brows threaded and tinted elsewhere for quite a few years thinking it was less evasive and was told, ‘This happens with age, brows thin out. You should have them done more often because there isn’t a lot of hair to tint so they fade quicker.’ It wasn’t that my brows were sparse, they were over threading them.

“My husband and I were staying in Troy for a concert. Before the concert I decided to get a manicure with regular polish (my nail beds are still recovering from dip and gel). I found Exclusive Nails in a Google search. I called to make a same day appointment but my availability was limited because of the concert. The owner took my call and was VERY kind and professional on the phone. She scheduled me within my availability. When I arrived I noticed how clean and upscale it looked, and I was greeted with smiling and friendly faces. I did not have to wait long. The owner had me sign into their computer and sat me. She did my nails and when she asked if I wanted Gel, she didn’t pressure me when I said no thank you. My nails turned out perfect and she made sure I was happy with them before sending me off to wash my hands. They look professionally done, as they should. The manicure included a very nice hand and arm massage as well. Even though they were very busy, she did a thorough job and made sure I was satisfied. She was very friendly and made conversation with me and the other customers. None of the techs were having conversations with people on their ear buds, and their conversations with each other in their native language was limited, they interacted with their customers. It was very comfortable. I live near Battle Creek and there isn’t a nail salon near me with this type of service. I would even consider making the two hour trip regularly to have her do my nails, I was that impressed. 10/10 for sure.“
