I had bought 2 key fobs on Amazon for my car. He cut both keys & programmed the key fobs in less than 15 minutes. He was very meticulous & made sure my new keys worked & twirked them until they were perfect. Fast! I am so happy that I did not go to the dealership. They have a modest storefront & good prices. It is nice to be able to go to a location & support local businesses. I would go here for sure again without hesitation.

I’m so pleased. After attempting to get my fob diagnosed & repaired at several places with no success, terrible customer service, wait times and outrageous prices, Big D was excellent. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. After reprograming 2 fobs & a key in about 10 minutes I was thanked for my patience! I couldn’t recommend them more.
