My husband was mowing the lawn and was splashed by some stinky water at the septic tanks in our yard. He called Joe and Barb’s in the afternoon on Saturday of Easter weekend and we got a returned call the next morning on Easter Sunday! John came out with the septic truck that day and inspected the situation we had. The filter in our tanks was plugged up. Thankfully, it was an easy fix to clean the filter and pump the first tank in our system. John was very informative of how the septic system work (this is our first one). I spoke with Angie on the phone Saturday night and she was quick to respond with suggestions and help, after some advice they showed up first thing Sunday morning. John was here, so helpful, communicative, personable and very knowledgeable. He helped get us back in business right away.
