“Sure, we were seen at the time appointed, and had great care. The really big difference is the lengths they went to to make my pup comfortable. We've never been to another vet that used pheromones to help relieve our pet's anxiety, and gave her something nice to lick while she was being given her injections. Our pup usually is tremoring and afraid at the vet, but at this visit she was obviously much more comfortable.“

There seems to be some misinformation in some of the other comments. No, they do not declaw; on the contrary, there are posters against the practice in every exam room. No, you do not have to use their website for prescriptions; I've had scrips filled all over the place with no problem. And this is a doctor's office, not a store; if you need to buy flea medicine or other goods, there's a Petco a block and a half away.“

“Amazing clinic and staff. No chaos and very professional and friendly. Dr Copeland reminded me of the old school vets that realize the importance of care in a timely manner. Received the first appointment available the next day. I called on a Thursday as I was unable to get into our regular vet office until the following week. It took her only a few minutes to determine my dog's issues. Received diagnosis, medicine with instructions all at a very fair price. Today is Sunday and he has improved greatly as he is able to go on his walks again. Happy Dog Happy Life. He'll be even happier when he is not having to wear the "cone".
