“I have worked here so I saw a lot more than most. Dr Botsford is the absolute best. He cares so much about the animals and clients. He is also excellent with the animals. I moved 45 minutes away, and still take my dog to him. I just can't say enough good things about this animal hospital.“

“We have visited this clinic a few times since moving to Milford. The first time, in 2021, this was an emergency clinic but they had a hard time finding staff and the wait was long. If I had only our 2021 visits to base this review on, I would give it 2 stars. However, we started going back in 2024 because they have changed their model and brought in some great experienced Vets. They are no longer an emergency clinic but simply a normal vet office. They've done a good job with our dogs and cats so far and I plan to go back. I only have 4 stars because our experience so far has been for routine items and I can't comment on more complex care.“

“we waited months for the first appt and went to Tractor Supply for shots prior to getting in to see Dr Coleman. He seems kind and prices were ok: location is convenient to Milford. The only complaint is I called today to ask questions and the person who answered the phone was curt so I ended the call before getting all the info and googled instead.“
