“My family and I have been to this location multiple times through the last few years and have had nothing but great care and service from the front staff, nurses, and doctors.

Whether its the kids or the adults that are seen, the doctors are always professional, kind, thorough, and don't try to rush you out the door(I have had primaries and specialists spend less time with me and my family) I will continue to go to this urgent care and to tell others to go there as well.“

“I have been seeing Dr. Eric Kovan at RPM for pain management for several years. Hands down the absolutely best doctor you will ever have!!! Want a doctor that actually listens? Want a doctor that's on time and doesn't keep you waiting for more than 15 minutes? How about being unbelievably knowledgeable at his practice and has a great sense of humor to boot?.....this is your man!!!!!!!! Wish I could give Dr. Kovan and RPM 100 stars!

“Easy to access the building, and they're right by the front entrance. Excellent staff, and wait times are have never been longer than 5-10 minutes for me (and that's on a busy day). Further, their phlebotomists are fantastic and get my pokes the first time after the many years of needing consistent draws, they've never had to dig or restick me. Easy, quick, and supportive community of medical professionals. Thank you for serving the Brighton community, and beyond (from Burton, MI).“

“I am not an easy patient to deal with. I am older, and sick of being treated like cattle, as is the way with most healthcare now. So after dealing with another location for imaging, it reminded me to come write this review. I was NOT a fan of the covid fear mongering during the pandemic, and a few of the people at this office talked me off the ledge. They were patient (no pun intended) with my old guy antagonism. And even though I can tell some of them did not like my approach, they were still kind. So thank you North Valley for remembering that we are all different, and doing your best to work with the different personalities that you encounter. So this is my location as long as that lasts. Try this office, you will most likely enjoy the team.“

“Stop by this hidden coffee and lunch place inside The Oxford Center. Hands down THE best coffee and lunch spot. All the food is celiac safe, made in house and super delicious.
Just walk into the Oxford Center and enjoy.“

“Dr Heller is AMAZING!! I typically look for a female doctor, however Dr Heller made me feel immediately comfortable and so well taken care of that I stayed with him. He doesn’t just ask how i’m feeling physically, but he ALWAYS checks on how i’m feeling mentally as well, which has me in tears as I write this review. if you need a new primary care physician GO SEE HIM!!!“
