Took our 5 month old pup,Sophie, in for her first check up and last round of shots. Everybody was very sweet to her and patient with us since we had lots of questions which Dr Gannon answered every one of. Thank you so much! See you again soon

I have followed Dr. Gannon from a previous office she worked at. To me it is worth the 45 minute drive to this office because I totally trust her opinions and know my dog is getting the best of care when she is in Dr. Gannon's hands. She earned that trust with my last dog who was diabetic, Dr. Gannon offered help my vet at the time seemed unwilling to offer because it was better for his bottom line to prescribe other meds that were more costly. Dr. Gannon does what is best for the dog even though more expensive treatment is available.

My amazing puppy was hit by a car this summer. He was only a 1 year old. I had taken him to Ore Creek since I brought him home at 11 weeks. I made many trips to their place and I must say they were very good to him. But when I emailed them in June that he was hit by a car and killed....I never heard back. I don't know why but I thought I might hear from them since they knew Finney. When I called today to set up an appt for my new puppy, I asked if they had gotten my message about my puppy being hit. The girl said "yes look like it was recorded" then....crickets. No "I'm sorry" or "That's horrible" or maybe "We should have responded to your email". Oh well...going back to my original veterinarian.
