My family and I have been to this location multiple times through the last few years and have had nothing but great care and service from the front staff, nurses, and doctors.
Whether its the kids or the adults that are seen, the doctors are always professional, kind, thorough, and don't try to rush you out the door(I have had primaries and specialists spend less time with me and my family) I will continue to go to this urgent care and to tell others to go there as well.
Great experience going in yesterday for our 3 year old. Found out she had Covid which we luckily have not had a lot of experience with and the staff and doctor were super kind and helpful. She was prescribed a steroid and she is back to bouncing off the walls today. Thank you!!! For being the week of Christmas into the New Year the wait was not bad and everyone was very nice and helpful!
This is the best medical practice I have ever been to! When I called to ask the receptionist a few questions she knew them all right away and made me feel comfortable to bring my daughter. The staff is soo incredibly friendly and helpful. They were thorough, patient, and kind to my baby girl and got her the right care and medication she needed. Definitely recommend to patients of any age!
