When it's summer and your A/C stops working, there are some things you can try yourself to fix it. But, this is the first time I've ever had a merchant try to help me over the phone for free. He first asked, "Are you pretty handy?" I said I was. So, at 5:30 on a Sunday evening, he walked me through a few things that might have helped. He told me that he likes helping people over the phone if he can. Wow.

Jim came out to our house and was able to fix our air conditioner in 20-mins. He was professional, kind, and fast. He also took the time to go over some tips and tricks so my air conditioner would work better and save us some money. I highly recommend him!
Jim, was excellent to work with in that he was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, pleasant, and prompt. He helped troubleshoot on the phone before the service call and when it was determined his expertise was needed, he was at the condo within 24 hours. Highly recommend.
