I'm late writing this review, but was going through photos and came across this one. It was the HOTTEST week in June. I had my AC cranking for days, and couldn't get my house below 84°. I was referred to DM2 and I am so very grateful. They prioritized me as a service call, working with my availability, and came out that evening. Gavin and James spent time troubleshooting and service my AC unit, which was only a few years old, and gave me an honest assessment that my condenser had blown. They reported back to Lucas, who worked with me financially and sent me a quote that evening. They did not try to oversell me, they presented me with options providing pricing for each, and even removed my service call fee with the install of a new unit, which was so considerate. Lucas had a unit for me that night that was promptly installed the next morning! But the saga did not end there - while James and Gavin were here for the install they went above and beyond, rerouting my furnace exhaust, repairing bad piping, and they FOUND AND REPAIRED A GAS LEAK! They followed up that evening, and the next day to ensure the new unit was working well and that I was comfortable. They were all so knowledgable, polite, respectful, prompt, and honest. They truly went above and beyond, and were very patient in explaining each step with me. They provided advice and were truly a pleasure to work with. I cannot be happier and highly recommend DM2.
