Karl Kirsch did a fabulous job restoring our wood floors. They had been randomly “cleaned” by a well-intended visitor. The product had a high gloss/ high sheen finish which did NOT suit our home. The flooring lives in a moist environment and consequently has some cupping. This made the unknown/ mystery “cleaning product” streak every direction across our floors. Add in an abundance of natural light and all we could see was an inconsistent finish that looked sloppy and horrendous. Our living room is the heart and soul of our beloved 1906 home. Karl is a genuine person to work with. His knowledge and experience on flooring is top notch! He finished our maple floors with the best sealer and finish which completely transformed our home. Great workmanship and a pleasure. As others have posted, Karl takes his work and results personally which is what you want in a contractor.. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
