I came across Lowell by luck. My husband and I were new to custom building and were completely clueless on where to start. All the other builders weren’t interested in talking me through the process because we had yet to buy land. But Lowell was very kind, helpful, and patient with me from the start. He informed us about contacting Gaye Blind, who formally worked for PRYSM, to make sure the land was buildable due to protected waters or critical dunes. Over the last 23 years, Dunes has built or renovated three houses for us. Everything about the relationship has been remarkable, from the level of involvement at the beginning to the finish carpentry at the very end of the process. We used Dunes Development to design and build our vacation home in the woods. Lowell and his team did a fantastic job capturing our vision for a rustic retreat in the woods. The house is fantastic and we receive rave reviews from friends and guests who stay there. The entire Dunes team was a pleasure to work with.
