“Boiler wouldn't light, Ben quickly diagnosed suet collected on pipes directing flame down and thankfully triggering emergency switch to close gas valve. Ben promptly opened up entire insides and cleaned out suet as thoroughly as possible, put boiler back together, checked/wrapped/secured any wiring, tested operation, and checked radiators had heat or needed bleeding. He also showed me the proper, shorter blue/white flames in the pipes versus the long red flames I mentioned l saw before boiler stopped working. Very reasonably priced for really professional work and great coordination through office.“

Hopefully more people will be able to afford such technology in the future. It would improve the quality of life for people in the area.“
