I had a terrible experience with Bisaga. Called them to get an estimate on both boiler and plumbing repair/replacement. They showed up, looked around for about 10 minutes and then told me they couldn't help me AT ALL and charged me $200 for absolutely nothing.

I was charged $120 for a company employee to connect a water feed line to a toilet.I was in the process of replacing a toilet flush valve. I old one had been removed, the new one was put in place, but because of a bad back, I wasn't able to squeeze between the toilet and the vanity to reconnect the water feed line. I called Bisaga because they are a local company and they had done work for me in the past. I was floored when the employee said the five-minute job would cost $120!!! I will never do business with them again and urge others to do the same.

Frank and Mike are worth their own weight in gold. Been doing all kinds of work for me for months now. We were one of many folks to lose our pilot to the flooding this past weekend (late june 2021) and Frank was running all around town trying to get to as many hot water heaters and furnaces back on as he could. They are going on vacation next week (early july) and boy have they earned it. Keep up the amazing work, you deserve appreciation. Did I mention how tight and tidy their work is? Seriously, top tier.
