I have choice home warranty for all my home repairs/ replacements through them. The majority of business in the U.P. do not do 3rd party work, because & I quote " 1. There's to much paperwork involved, 2. You must turn in your paperwork & bill within a couple weeks & 3. They don't want to wait for their money" so in the past 4 request I have made, all for service calls were filled by repairmen from downstate! And if course while calling every heating repair business in Marquette County i was about to give up but I called one last number... Noblemen heating out of Gwinn & for the first time in 4 hours of calls he said yes! I am beyond... read full review

Matt came out and fixed the issue with my furnace. Great guy, definitely knows what he's doing! Highly recommend them!
