Lots of great classes to choose from that offers variety and balance. The instructors are awesome and each have their own style. I especially look forward to the Saturday morning sessions, with Annette. Best way to start the day is with a good stretch in a hot studio, for a good sweat. Great community of people, always fun to meet other yoga practitioners, coming from such a variety of backgrounds. Great management and staff that make me feel at home. I absolutely love this yoga studio, the classes are so unique and they have so much variety to choose from. The teachers are amazing and everyone that works here is so nice and professional. The lighting they have in their studio is perfect, this place has the ambience you are looking for.
Bold Flow is the best! Highly skilled teachers offer terrific classes, whether I’m looking for a hot Vinyasa or a calming yet invigorating class. The space is truly lovely and the staff incredibly warm and welcoming. Check it out!
