Can’t say enough great things about the team here at Back to You. Dr. John, Dr. Sarah, Mac, Andrew, and Emily are not only total pros at what they do, but incredibly personable and friendly. They make me genuinely look forward to coming to PT. I really appreciate the variety of treatment modalities offered here — cupping, tempering, manipulation, and dry needling have all greatly helped me. Treatment is evidence based and tailored to your individual needs. Truly could not recommend this team any higher!

My interactions with the staff have been great! Scheduling my appointments, questions about insurance, the additional choices of treatment modalities on top of the typical PT exercises, has me feeling better and excited about the future. The PT's are knowledgeable, honest, but kind, in assessing my progress. They listen and value my concerns and incorporate them in the PT for that day. I highly recommend them!

I have had therapy in the past. However, Back-to-You is the state of the art with their treatment. Awesome staff ( high energy) that you get greeted by upon entry Mac, Andrew, and Emily, under the leadership of Dr. Sarah. I'd recommend and/or encourage anyone needing therapy to start at this place. The care and treatment is catered to your treatment needs.

We offer a variety of hands-on manual therapy techniques! Our Physical Therapist is fellowship-trained and the only Osteopractor in Metro Detroit. This is a post-doctorate diploma earned by passing certifications in Spinal Manipulation Therapy and Dry Needling in addition to training in IASTM, cupping, body tempering, extremity manipulation, and differential diagnosis. Osteopractic Physical Therapists are some of the most skillful manual therapists in the world as there are only 250 Osteopractors worldwide. This education provides our doctor with the ability to prescribe and implement the most evidence-based treatment interventions. With an Osteopractor, your recovery will be accelerated and you’ll understand how to manage your diagnosis
