Tom Kleiner was the best contractor we have ever used for concrete! Three companies would not even touch our 1928 basement because it was such a train wreck. He removed all of the original concrete because of damage, and gave us a whole new basement. They were professional and finished the job on time. I would recommend him to anyone. We now have a 2019 basement supporting a 1928 house. It's beautiful!
