A great friend and PDG employee Courtney recommended I make an appointment to talk with Dr. Paul about the possibility of an oral appliance for my severe Sleep Apnea. After a great consultation of learning about the oral appliance and the percentages of it working for me I decided to give it a shot.. Today after recently completing a sleep test with just my oral appliance I was cleared to lose the CPAP machine after 3 years and just use the oral appliance from PDG! I have been a patient of Dr. Latchams for many years. Recently, I decided to have veneers done on my front teeth (needed to be done, I had been putting it off). After going in for the initial temporary crowns, I realized I had family photos scheduled for before I would get the permanent ones. I called the office, inquiring if I could come a few days sooner because of this. I didn't think they could, as I had been made aware of the turnaround time for the lab. They went out of their way, without my asking them to, and called the lab, had my crowns expedited and I now have an appt a day sooner than I had asked originally. I have so many more wonderful examples of patient care and service from this office. Give them a try if you're considering. You won't be disappointed.
