Friendly, quick, and professional service. Very nice and accomodating young man who came out. Was cheerful and was very nice about wearing a mask when I asked him. He had great manners! Thank you to H&H and especially this oyung man.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with them, from the front desk who answer the phone and screen problems, to the technicians who came to repair my down furnace (Oct.-Jan. brrrr) all the way through management. They admitted an oversight in the repair and comped me the time for a return visit to correct, with sincere apologies. An honest business. Just what I was looking for. :-)
