Joel was able to get over there that day to inspect it and come up with a plan, he gave us realistic options and was able to get the job done with time to spare! I don’t think that this could’ve gone any better given the circumstances and I don’t believe anybody else would’ve been able to get there and tackle the problem so quickly. On top of that they were working in deep snow and in very cold weather, we couldn’t appreciate their efforts more. When it comes time to replace that roof we will definitely be calling them again.“
