All American Home Builders / Grass Lake MI put a full bath and walk in closet into the finished basement of our 2018 built ranch home in Grass Lake. The owner Todd came and quoted and started the job within 5 days of quoting it. They completed the job in 4 weeks and the work they did was good. He contracted the plumbing and electrical to other companies and they did very good work. My husband and I live in Ann Arbor and hired Todd at All American Home Builders to complete and addition on our bungalow attic. He helped us get the permits from the city, was on time with starting our project, and was at our home almost everyday (weather permitting) working on our project with his partner Scott.We were happy that they focused on one project at time, so we were consistently seeing progress. Todd offered great suggestions throughout the process after being in the space and seeing our architect's drawings.
