“Had a gas valve leak on my furnace, was told by Paulsens they couldn’t find a replacement part for it and my only option was a new furnace. Called Deters, he was out later that day, was able to find the replacement valve, and install it within an hour. And he came in $20 cheaper than Paulsens (who still charged me because “they pulled into my driveway” even though the only work they did was replace a $20 thermocouple). I had a plumbing ER and although they weren't sure if they could get to me in time, they were EXCELLANT at following up with me to make sure I found someone to take care of my Plumbing problem. They called me back when they said they would. You just don't find customer service like that anymore. That right there says a lot about a company in my opinion.
