“They were helpful with working with me in keeping the the building of a garage and replacing of our homes roof with in my budget. They presented me with estimate for the projects. Wolff builders had delivered the all materials needed for the job before charging me. When the work is completed that is when I will be billed for the labor. When situation arises they kept me aware and gave me options to take care of it. I would recommend this company to all who needs a garage built or roof repaired.“

“This past week June 2024 I had Midwest Steel Carports Wrecked the Second building that I purchased from them.

I was a very satisfied with the 25 x 50’ building with five large garage doors that they built for me in 2020

I am equally satisfied with the 30 foot wide 20 foot deep open wall carport that they install this past week.

Highlights of the company include the fine price. I got on a Thanksgiving day holiday discount special, excellent service from the female job coordinator named Andy and superb installation from the hard-working crew led by Eleno from AAA Installation company

The crew worked very hard and very efficiently and did everything that I asked them to do.

They were a pleasure to work with and put up a high-quality structure.

The first steel building I put up with them I did my own permitting, which seemed to go smoothly

The salesman for my second building said that the company would take care of the permitting free of charge so I let them handle it l. This was the weakest link of the company as the information about what needed to be done by who by when what’s not communicated well and steps that were needed to be done we’re not communicated by the permit coordinator

However, I did do some of the steps myself when I found out that they needed to be done ASAP and worked with the coordinator to get the permitting completed in time for the job

No mention was made by the permit coordinator about the need for a soil erosion permit or waiver or for the need to call Utility line marking people Miss Dig

Overall, I was pleased with the final product and would work with the company again.

“We were able to build our dream house thanks to Jordan and his company. We reached out to several builders and most never even gave us the time of day. Jordan however responded within hours and was more than willing to answer any questions and have us come in to go over budget stuff and plans before we even knew for sure if we were going to be able to swing it. We started the project expecting delays and shortages in items due to supply chain issues, however were able to move in BEFORE our expected deadline. This is all thanks to Jordan being able to plan ahead and order stuff in a timely manner and we couldn’t be more thankful. When you build you only hear about the horror stories from everyone else and I can honestly say we successfully built in this Covid stricken world with very minor to zero issues at all. If we had a last minute request or change a simple text to him was all it took and we knew it would be taken care of and he was always more than willing to accommodate any of our wishes. Overall, we are more than happy with how everything turned out and are honestly so so so incredibly blessed to have been able to do it and have it go so smoothly. I promise you Jordan Tibbe Homes is the company you want building your home.“
