“Similar to another lady who left a review a day ago to try to make up for a 1 star review left by another customer complaining about the staff “having a problem with her child” I am also leaving a review. I was getting my nails done by the manager that this Karen was complaining too and I heard the whole conversation. She approached the conversation by asking if the manager “had a problem with her child.” This lady had her 3-4 year old running all over the nail salon, clearly she doesn’t care what her kid was doing, nor did she pay attention. During the confrontation she was playing the victim and making it seem like she was being mistreated. The manger politely explained to her that her son was allowed to accompany her while she was getting her nails done, as long as he sat still and wasn’t disturbing other customers. That seems fair, but this Karen had a problem with it and was taking it way too personal. She then proceeded to act entitled and wanted someone else to do her nails because she had an issue with the worker that was already assisting her. It was a busy day and every other employee was already busy working with another client. When the manager told her that nobody else was available she responded with “is this how you treat your customers?” This is not the nail salons fault and they were being reasonable with her. This lady just takes everything personal is a flat out Karen. Maybe next time you should leave your naughty kid at home before you come get your nails done if you’re gonna throw a fit because your child is disturbing everyone at the nail salon. On the bright side,<br>My nails came out FABULOUS! ?“
