The woman was rude, no respect for the customers. Please, thank you, or even you're welcome those words are not in her vocabulary at all. She's entitled to treat everyone unprofessionally, she treats people horribly! Doesn't deserve a star at all.
My wife went in to this location on 3/27/2024 and left in tears after how she was treated. She came in looking to buy glasses and contact lenses but was treated like she was a nuisance. The employee wanted to leave at 3pm and her being at the store was a problem for them even though the location is open until 7pm. It's a shame that the employees were unable to treat her kindly when all she wanted was to purchase their products. We won't be returning to this location after this poor experience. Do better.
Been waiting 2 weeks for glasses. Was told 1. Call to ask what's going on and get told they dont know anything but if I call again at the end of the week then they will look into it. Why not now? Lady was very rude. Will not use walmart optical ever again.
