I had the privilege of working for this company 2+ years, but ended up moving to another state. During my time there I found that they practice honesty, great work ethic, and offer very reasonable pricing. The values I learned as a Tacoma employee will stick with me the rest of my life. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Had a big name company come out and quote us three times the amount for a new furnace and a/c unit. Unit from big name company was a cheap do not ever buy unit. Tacoma quoted and installed a higher quality system for a whole lot less. I priced shopped with a couple of other companies and chose Tacoma. Service techs were clean, on time, very polite and accommodating. Big name company never even found a crack in old furnace and carbon monoxide leak. Thank God no one was effected by it and Bless Tacoma for finding it and getting us a new system so quickly.Services: Installation

I've worked with Tim twice now, once residential and once commercial. The first time was several years ago when my home furnace went out in the dead of winter. He was prompt about coming out to take a look and repair the issue. I just hired him again after my commercial HVAC units stopped pumping heat to temp. He came out the next morning and had it repaired less than a day later. He is always very kind, quick, and professional, along with everyone on his team that I've interacted with. Would rehire in an instant! Thanks Tim & team.
